Ingerdients:
chicken 1 kg (cut in 12 pics)
fried onion 1 cup (crushed)
yogurt 1 cup
National salt 1 & 1/2 tsp
National cumin powder 1 & 1/2 tsp
National garam masala powder 1 tsp
National coriander powder 1 & 1/2 tsp
National red chilli powder 1 & 1/2 tsp
National Korma Masala
water 2 cup
Oil 1/2 cup
Saffron 1/4 tsp & kewra water 2 tbsp (mixed)
National ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp
Recipe:
add all the ingredients together in a pan (except oil).
now add water, wait for a boil on high flame, then cook on low to medium flame till chicken is tender and less water is left, add in oil, fry well until oil comes on top
