Ingerdients:

1: beef 250g (julienne cut) under cut part of the beef
2: mature cheddar cheese 1 1/2 cup (grated)
3: crushed black pepper 1/2 ts
4: worcestershire sauce 1 tbs
5: mustard paste 1/2 ts
6: National salt 1/2
7: hp steak sauce (or) bbq sauce 2 tbs
8: National garlic paste 1/2 ts
9: crushed red chillie 1 tbs
10:bell pepper 1 large (julienne cut)
11:onion 1 large (sliced)
12:mushrooms 1 small can (drain the water)
13: buns 4
14:lettuce as required
15: National mayonnaise as required
16:bbq sauce as required
17:oil 2 tbs

Recipe:

1: in a bowl add the beef, worcestershire sauce, hp steak sauce (or) bbq sauce, mustard paste, crushed black pepper, crushed red chillie, garlic paste, salt mix well cover and keep in the fridge for 1/2 hour. (if using under cut of thr beef then 1/2 hour if using any other part of beef then add 2 tbs of raw papaya and leave it for 4 hours).
2: then in a pan heat the oil and add the marinated beef mix well and cover cook on low to medium flame till completely cooked and no water is remaining and the oil comes on the surface.
3: then add the mushrooms, onions and cook on high flame, just to soft the onions.
4: then add the bell peppers mix well and add the cheese mix well and close the flame and keep mixing till the cheese melts. and keep aside.
5: slightly grease a pan and warm the buns on both sides and keep aside.
6: now spread mayonnaise on one side of the bun and bbq sauce on the other then put the lettuce and the beef stuffing and serve hot with fries enjoy 🙂
