Ingredients
Beef Undercut 300 gms (cut into 1 1/2 inch cubes)
Garlic 2 cloves
National Ginger Paste 1/4 tsp
Red Chilli 1 deseeded and chopped fine
National Salt to taste
National Black Pepper to taste
Wooster Sauce 2 tbsp
Sesame oil 1 tsp
Rice Vinegar 1/2 tsp
For the peanut sauce
Onion finely chopped 1
Chopped Peanuts 3 tbsps
Oil as required
Smooth Peanut Butter 1/4 cup
Sweet Chilli Sauce 1 tbsp
Coconut Milk 3/4 cup
National Salt to taste
Lemon Juice 1

Cooking Directions
Marinate beef in Worcestershire sauce, garlic, ginger, red chilli, salt, pepper, sesame oil and rice vinegar.
And leave in the refridgerator for 1 -2 hours.
Thread the cubes onto the wooden skewers and grill on a preheated grill pan for 15 minutes or until cooked.
To make the sauce.
Heat oil in a pan add the onions and saute till golden and tender then add the peanuts and
Saute for 2 minutes adding the peanut butter, sweet chilli sauce , salt and cook for a further minute or 2.
Reduce the heat and add the coconut milk and combine well.
Remove from heat and add a dash of lemon juice,
Serve the sauce by pouring over the skewers or on a bowl on the side.
