Ingredients
Beef 1/2 kg
Cheddar chesse 1/2 cup
Green chillies 2
Onions 2
National Garlic/ginger paste 1 tbsp
Egg 1
Gram flour 2 tbsp
Coconut powder 4 tbsp
National Cinnamon powder 1/2 tsp
National Whole cumin seeds 1 tsp
National Gaaram Masala powder 1 tsp
National Red chilli powder 2 tsp
National Salt 1-1/2 tsp
Oil 1/2 cup
Cut cheese into strips.
Put minced beef, onions and green in a chopper grind it well.
Add gram flour, coconut powder, hot spices powder, cumin seeds, salt, cinnamon powder, garlic/ginger paste, red chillies and egg, mix well.
Lightly wet palms; take portions of kebab mix and place of cheese in their middle and wrap them tightly into long kebabs.
Heat 1/2 cup oil in a frying pan and fry kebabs on low flame till golden.
Take them out on paper towel, garnish with letuce leaf, lemon slices then serve.
