Stick Boti:
Ingredients:
Chicken 1 kg
Yogurt ½ cup
Cream ½ cup
Red Chili (chopped) 1 tsp
Green Chili Paste 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Papaya 1 tbsp
Butter 50 gms
Shashlik Sticks as required
Method:
Marinate chicken with yogurt ,cream, chilies, black pepper, red chili powder, green chilies, salt, papaya,lemon juice and leave it for 20 minutes.
Now put chicken boti on shashlik sticks and freeze.
In the end, heat butter and fry shashlik sticks for 10 minutes both sides.
Seekh Kabab:
Ingredients
Beef Mince ½ kg
Cream 2 tbsp
Egg 1
Onions 250 gm
Green Chilies 6
Coriander Leaves ½ bunch
Papaya Paste 1 tsp
Red Chili Powder 2 tsp
Salt ½ tsp
All spice 1 tsp
Nutmeg Powder ½ tsp
Mace Powder ½ tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tsp
Oil as required
Method:
In a chopper, chopped mince, onion, green chilies and coriander leaves.
Now add ginger garlic paste, papaya paste, red chili powder, salt, garam masala powder, nutmeg and mace powder, egg , cream and mix.
After this, put on skewer.
Then fry in heat oil.
Imli ki Chutney:
Ingredients
Tamarind Pulp 1 cup
Yogurt 1 cup
Red Chilies 6
Coriander Leaves 2 tbsp
Mint Leaves 2 tbsp
Garlic Cloves 4
Tomato 1
Salt ½ tsp
Cumin Seeds (roasted) ½ tsp
Water ½ cup
Method
In a blender, blended yogurt, red chili, coriander leaves, mint leaves, garlic, tomatoes, salt, cumin seeds, tamarind pulp and water.
Tamarind chutney is ready.
