Assorted Buns
Flour 500 gm
Sugar 20 gm
Salt 8 gm
Yeast 10 gm
Bread improver 3 gm
Butter 20 gm
Egg 1
White sesame as required
Black sesame as required
Poppy seeds as required
METHOD
Ek mixing bowl men tamam ajza dal ker aata goondh len. Or phir 10 minutes kay liye dough ko rest de len. Phir dough kay 60 gm kay hisab se pairay bana len or try men laga ker mal mal kay kapray se dhanp den. Or proof honay den jab buns proof hojaen to bun per egg wash ker kay kuch buns per white kuch per black till or kuch per khash khash or maida chirak ker 200C per 10 se 12 minutes tak bake ker len.

Croissant:
Flour 500 gm
Yeast 10 gm
Bread improver 3 gm
Icing sugar 40 gm
Milk powder 30 gm
Salt 7 gm
Eggs yolk 4
Butter 150 gm
Water as required

METHOD
Ek mixing bowl men tamam ajza dal ker aata goondh len. Or phir 15 minutes kay liye dough ko rest de len. Ab dough ko bail ker cutter ki madad se kat len or phir croissants ki shakal de ker baking try men laga ker mal mal kay kapray se dhanp den. Or proof honay den jab croissants proof hojaen to croissants per egg wash ker kay 200 C per 10 se 12 minutes tak bake ker len.

Danish Pastries:
Flour 500 gm
Yeast 10 gm
Bread improver 3 gm
Icing sugar 40 gm
Milk powder 30 gm
Salt 7 gm
Eggs york 4
Butter 150 gm
Water as required

Ingredients for Custard
Custard powder 2 tbsp
Milk 1 cup
Sugar ¼ cup
Custard bananay kay liye doodh ko sugar dal ker boil ker len phir custard powder pani men ghol ker doodh men dal ker custard ko garha ker len or phir thanda ker len.
METHOD
Ek mixing bowl men tamam ajza dal ker aata goondh len. Or phir 15 minutes kay liye dough ko rest de len. Ab dough ko bail ker cutter ki madad se kat len or phir beech men custard rakh ker danish ki shakal de ker baking try men laga ker mal mal kay kapray se dhanp den. Or proof honay den jab danish proof hojaen to danish per egg wash ker kay 200 C per 10 se 12 minutes tak bake ker len.
