Ingredients:
Potatoes 4 (Chopped)
Tamarind Pulp 1 Cup
Sugar 1/4 Cup
National Chaat Masala as You Required
Black Salt 1/2 tsp
Green Coriander as You Required
National Ginger Powder/Paste 1/2 tsp
National Red Chilli Powder 1/2 tsp
National Cumin Powder 1/2 tsp
Direction:
Step 1: Take a Pan and add Tamarind Pulp, Sugar, Black Salt, National Ginger Powder, National Red Chilli Powder, National Cumin Powder and stir and cook for 2 minutes on medium flame. After that Your Chutney is ready.
Step 2: Take a karahi and deep fry the potatoes. Oil Should be normal preheated.
Step 3: Now take a bowl and add potatoes and Tamarind Chutney (from Step 1) and mix it well and sprinkle Green Coriander and National Chaat Masala. Your Aloo Chaat is Ready.
