Aalu kay Chapli Kabab:
Ingredients:
Boiled potato & mashed 2 cups
Tomato chopped ½ cup
Onion chopped ½ cup
Green chilies chopped 2 tbsp
Fried eggs 1
Flour ¼ cup
Salt as required
Red chili crushed 1 tbsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder ½ tsp
Crushed cumin 1 tsp
Crushed coriander 1 tbsp
Pomegranate seeds 1 tbsp
Garam Masala powder 1 tsp
Egg optional
Oil for frying
METHOD
In a mixing bowl potato and all ingredients mix well. then heat oil in a pan and make kabab then fry and serve.
Lauki Ka Meetha:
Ingredients:
Boil bottle ground cubes 500 gm
Bottle ground water as required
Sugar ½ cup
Green cardamom 4 se 5
Ghee 1 tbsp
Corn flour as required
FOR CUSTARD:
Milk 1 litter
Sugar 200gm
Corn flour 60gm
Saffron essence few drops
Green food color as required
Coconut & almond for garnish
METHOD
In a pan heat clarified butter and roast the cardamom .then add boil bottle gourd and sugar and cook till than paste then add corn flour and make thick mixture .after this in a serving dish do the base with the bottle mixture .for custard in a sauce pan add milk and sugar and boil .then add corn flour and then add saffron essence and green color mix .now custard pour on bottle gourd base and cool it .finally garnish with coconut and almond and serve .
Patawway:
Ingredients :
Gram flour 2 cups
Mint chopped ¼ cup
Green coriander chopped ¼ cup
Green chili chopped 1 tbsp
Salt as required
Crushed cumin 1 tsp
Garam masala powder 1 tsp
For GRAVY
Oil ¼ cup
Onion slices ½ cup
Ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp
Tomato chopped ½ cup
Yogurt 2 tbsp
Green coriander chopped 1 tbsp
Large green chilies 4 to 5
Turmeric 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Coriander powder 1 tbsp
Garam masala powder 1 tsp
Salt as required
Water as required
METHOD:
In a bowl add flour and all ingredients then knead well. then make long roll. now in a pot add water boil for 10to 15 minutes then remove and cut the slices and set a side after this heat oil in a pan then fry onion till then brown after this add ginger garlic paste and roast well then add all ingredients and cook 4 to 5 minutes then add patawway and mix well and serve.
