Paneer Tinda Malai:
Ingredients:
Apple gourd 6
Finely cut onion 1 cup
Finely cut tomatoes 1
Turmeric 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Cumin 2 tsp
All spices powder ½ tsp
Dried mango powder 1 tbsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Green coriander ½ tbsp
Green chilies 4
Cottage cheese 200 grams
Cream ½ cup
Oil ½ cup
Red chili powder 2 tsp
Method:
Apple gourd peel and remove pulp .then heat oil and add paneer crushed then fry .when paneer golden then add onion ,tomatoes ,apple gourd pulp ,turmeric ,salt ,coriander powder ,cumin ,all spices powder ,red add and roast then masala fill in apple gourd .then place on try add cream ,chaat masala ,lemon juice ,green coriander and green chilies add and leave for ½ hour and serve.
Hara Masala Jheenga:
Ingredients:
Prawns ½ kg
Coconut ½ cup
Green chilies 6
Cumin 1 tsp
Green coriander ½ bunch
Ginger 1 piece
Garlic 4 cloves
Lemon juice ½ cup
Onion 2
Salt ½ tsp
Turmeric ½ tsp
All spices powder 1 tsp
Oil ½ cup
Tomatoes 4
Boiled spaghetti 1 packet
Method:
Green chilies ,coconut ,cumin ,green coriander ,ginger, garlic ,lemon juice ,salt tomatoes ,turmericand all spices add and grind it .now heat oil and fry brown onion .then add masala and roast well .then add prawns add and cook on high flame .when water dry then leave for 5 minutes on dum and serve with boiled spaghetti .
