Chicken (eight pieces) :400 gms
Oil : ½ cup
Maida : 3 tbs
Green chilies slices : 2 pcs
Onion sliced :1 (large size)
Water :2 cup
Chopped garlic :2 tbs
Chopped ginger :2 tbs
And Bake Parlor macaroni, Bake Parlor masala mix sachet

(Inside the pack)

  1. Boil Bake Parlor macaroni in boiling salted water for 5-7 minutes or cook till tender but still firm to the bite. Drain and rinse under cold runing water. Mix 1 table spoon of oil and set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, fry onion, garlic and ginger for few minutes or till light brown. Add chicken and fry for 5 minutes. Add water, piece mix sachet and flour, and bring in to a boil.
  3. Cover and cook on low heat for 15 minutes. Add green chillies with Bake Parlor Macaroni and toss it well. Serve hot.
