Tony Boloney’s in Hoboken, NJ makes the ultimate fusion food: ramen pizza! Tony Baloney’s owner collaborated with food couple Devour Power to create the dish. The group visited over 30 ramen spots to learn the dish’s flavors, so they could bring the same flavor profile to a pizza. The ramen-stuffed pizza crust is topped with eggs, seaweed, and spicy oil.
