Caffè Panna is a new coffee shop/ice cream shop in New York that is reinventing the classic Italian affogato, a dessert of ice cream, cream, and a shot of espresso. 26-year-old Hallie Meyer, daughter of famed New York restaurateur Danny Meyer, was inspired by her time living in Italy, but adds unique toppings and crunchy mix-ins to the classic dessert.
