Chicken Qeema Biryani:
Ingredients:
Chicken Mince 1 /2 kg
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Ginger Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Green chilies 10
Chopped mint leaves 1 bunch
Salt to taste
Crushed cumin 1 tbsp
Tamarind paste ½ cup
Potatoes 4
Curry leaves few
Chopped green coriander ½ bunch
Oil 1 cup
Chopped onion 3
For boiling Rice:
Rice 2 cups
Mint leaves ½ bunch
Green chilies 3
Black peppercorn 4
White vinegar 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Fresh milk ½ cup
Yellow food color some
Lemons 2
Chicken Pasta Salad:
INGREDIENTS:
Pasta ½ packet
Boneless Chicken (boiled) ½ kg
Spring Onions 2
Raisins 2tbsp
Basil 6
For Dressing:
Mayonnaise ½ cup
Black Pepper ½ tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Lemon Juice 2 tbsp
Brown Sugar ½ tsp
Method:
For Dressing:
In a bowl, add mayonnaise, black pepper, salt, lemon juice, brown sugar and mix.
In separate bowl, add pasta, boneless chicken, spring onion, raisins, basil and mix.
Then add dressing and mix.
Mirch Tikka Karahi:
Ingredients:
Chicken tikka pieces 4
Raw tomatoes ½ kg
Yogurt 1 cup
Green chili paste 4 tbsp
Oil 4 tbsp
Papaya paste 1 tsp
Roasted cumin 1 tsp
Chaat masala 1 tsp
Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Turmeric ½ tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Green coriander, mint paste 1 cup
Onion 2
Method
Put yogurt, garlic paste, papaya paste, roasted cumin, chaat masala, turmeric, salt and lemon juice on chicken tikka pieces and leave for 2 hours. Now heat oil in a pan and add raw tomatoes. Then add marinated chicken tikka pieces in it and cook on low flame for half an hour and cover it. When it gets tender then turn off the flame. Now add butter, green chilies and onion and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
