  • شکر ایک پاؤ
  • مکھن تھوڑا سا

ترکیب

 

  • سب سے پہلے انڈوں کی زردی اور شکر ملا کر خوب پھینٹ لیں تاکہ آمیزہ گاڑھا ہو جائے۔
  • پھر انڈوں کی سفیدی بھی پھینٹ کر برف کی طرح کرلیں۔
  • سفیدی اور زردی کو آپس میں ملا دیں۔لیموں کے چھلکے بھی ملا دیں۔
  • اوون پروف ڈش کی تہہ میں چکنا کاغذ لگائیں۔
  • اس پر آمیزہ انڈیل دیں۔
  • گرم اوون میں ڈش چھ منٹ کے لیے رکھ دیں۔
  • آملیٹ کو آنچ سے ہٹا کے ٹھنڈا کرلیں۔
