Ingredients

Chicken chunks 3/4 cup
Olive oil 1tbsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Salt as desired
Cucumber 1 large
Carrot 1 or 2 small
Bell pepper 1 small
Lettuce leaves 2 to 3

Method
Cut cucumber, carrot and bell pepper in very small cubes, chopped lettuce leaves.

Put in a bowl with ice cold water and keep in fridge. Now take olive oil in a frying pan put chicken salt n black pepper,mix well and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.

Drain the vegetable mix and add chicken in it before serving.
