Barbeque Ribs:

Ingredients:
Mutton ribs 1 kg
Red chili powder 2 tbsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Garlic 1 tsp
Ginger 1 tbsp
Lemon juice 4 tbsp
Oil ¼ cup
Salt 1 ½ tsp
Coal 1 piece

Method:
In a bowl marinate mutton ribs with red chili powder, turmeric powder, ginger, garlic, lemon juice and salt for about 10-12 hours. Then steam the ribs well. Once the water becomes half, heat oil and grill the ribs. Now place the coal, splash the water and give a smoke. Then bake it on 160 degree for 20 minutes. Serve hot.

Chicken Cheese Balls With Pasta:

Ingredients:
Chicken cheese balls 1 packet
Elbow macaroni (boiled) 1 packet
Oil for frying
Onion (chopped) 1
Garlic (chopped) 1 tbsp
Butter 3 tbsp
Cream 2 packets
Flour 3 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Oregano 1 tsp
Cheddar cheese 1 ½ cup
Milk 1 liter

Method:
Heat oil in a pan and deep dry the chicken balls on medium heat for about 6-7 minutes. Remove and set aside. Then in another pan heat butter add onion and garlic. Fry for a minute. Then add flour and cook for a minute. Now add milk, salt, black pepper, cream, cheddar cheese and oregano. Mix well and bring it to boil. Cook for 10 minutes. In the end add boiled macaroni and fried chicken balls. Mix and serve hot.

Wings And Chips:

Ingredients:
Chicken wings ½ kg
Onion 2
Potatoes 2
Water 2 cup
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Green chilies 4-5
Red chili 4-5
Garlic 4-5
Ginger 2 tbsp
Green coriander 3 tbsp
Tomato paste 4 tbsp
Cumin 1 ½ tsp
Oil 3-4 tbsp
Red chili powder 1 ½ tsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Curry leaves for garnish

Method:
Heat oil in a pan, fry onion and garlic. Then add chicken wings, tomato paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin and water. Cook well. Now add salt, lemon juice, ginger and red chili. Mix well and cook. Then place it in a serving dish and garnish with curry leaves. Serve.
For making chips heat oil in a pan, fry onion and garlic. Then add potatoes, red chili powder, tomato paste, cumin and water. Cook well. Now add salt, lemon juice, fresh coriander, green chilies and cook. Serve.
