Dak bungalow chicken curry:
Ingredients:
Chicken with bones 600 grams
Yogurt ½ cup
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Chopped onion 1 large
Fenugreek seeds ½ tsp
Mix whole garam masala 1 tbsp
Mustard oil ½ cup
Tomatoes boiled and cut ¾ cup
Thick yogurt 4 tbsp
Salt sa required
Red chili powder ¾ tsp
Coriander powder 1 tbsp
Egg boiled 2-3
Boiled potatoes 2
Kasoori fenugreek 2 pinch
Green chili 3-4
Method:
In chicken pieces ginger garlic paste ,salt ,chili ,turmeric ,yogurt ,coriander powder mix and leave for whole night .then in mustard oil fry fenugreek seeds .then fry onion fry and add tomatoes and roast well then after 10 minutes add marinated chicken and roast again and add ½ cup of water when chicken tender .now fry boiled potatoes. Then fry the egg. when chicken tender then adds fry potatoes, garam masala powder, kasoori fenugreek and green chili then leave on dum for 5 minutes. finally dish out and garnish with eggs and serve with rice.
Kabuli kofata channa biryani :
Ingredients:
For kofta:
Beef mince 300 gram
Chopped onion 1
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Salt, chili, turmeric as required
Garam masala ½ tsp
Green chili 2
Green coriander as required
Oil 4 tbsp
For biryani masala:
Chopped onion 1
Chopped tomato 3-4
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Green chili 5-6
Biryani masala 2 tbsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Boiled white chickpeas 1-1/2 cup
Oil ½ cup
Kewra essence 2 pinch
Method:
All koftay ingredients mix and grind well. then make kofta and fry in oil. for masala fry the onion in oil.
Then add ginger garlic paste ,biryani masala ,chopped tomatoes and toast well .then add boiled white chick peas ,green chilies ,lemon juice ,fried koftay and kehwra essence .now in a woke 1/2cup of water add 2 tbsp oil and cook the rice .then add biryani masala in remaining rice .now add food color mix in 2 tbsp water and set aside .then flame slow and leave on dum then serve hot .
