Chicken Goujons:
Ingredients
Chicken cut finger strips ½ kg
Flour ½ cup
Salt ½ tsp
Black pepper ½ tsp
Chicken powder ½ tsp
Eggs beaten 2
Bread crumbs 1 ½ cup
Salt ½ tsp to mix in bread crumbs
pepper ½ tsp to mix in bread crumbs
Garlic powder ½ tsp
Parmesan cheese 2 tbsp
Chopped garlic 1 tbsp
Sweet chili sauce 2 tbsp
Oil for frying
Method to serve
Coat chicken strips first in seasoned flour, then dip in beaten eggs, now add salt and black pepper in bread crumbs finally coat in bread crumbs deep fry till golden, sprinkle with parmesan cheese, serve with sweet chili sauce.
Chunky Strawberry Mousse:
Ingredients
Biscuits crushed 2 cups
Strawberries chopperised 2 cups
Gelatin dissolved 1 tbsp heaped
Cream 400 gm
Strawberry jelly 1 packet
Condensed milk ¾ tin
Method
Dissolve gelatin in ¼ cup water, crush biscuits, spread in trifle dish, beat cream until fluffy, add jelly, condensed milk, strawberries and the dissolved gelatin mixture, mix well, put on top of crushed biscuits, leave it to set, decorate with fresh cream and fresh strawberries.
Gulab Ka Sharbat:
Ingredients
Sugar 750 gm
Water 1 ½ glass
Rose water cup
Method
Mix sugar and water together cook for 10 minutes till slightly thick, remove, add 1 cup arq-e-gulab and red food color ¼ tsp, mix well, cool and fill bottles.
