Ingredients
1 tender Chicken
55 gms. mushrooms(kohlrabi or bamboo shoots)
1 flake Garlic
15 gms. Sugar
50 ml. soya sauce
15 gms. Ginger
National Salt and pepper to taste
Oil to saute
Clean chicken. Rub over with salt, pepper and soya sauce.
Set aside. Chop mushrooms, ginger, garlic, and mushrooms.
Heat oil. Fry garlic and ginger. Add the chopped vegetables.
Cook on a slow fire. When cooked, remove and cool.
Stuff chicken with prepared mixture.
Fry chicken in oil in a deep pan turning over till chicken is evenly browned.
Cover pan and let it cook slowly, adding water from time to time, if needed.
