Malai Tikka Pulao Recipe

Malai Tikka Ingredients:

Boneless Chicken 1/2 Kg
Tomato 4 (Chopped)
Fresh Cream 200ml
Yogurt 1 Cup
National Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp
National Salt 1 tsp
National Black Pepper Powder 1 tsp
Button Red Chilli 1 tsp (Crushed)
Oil 1/4 Cup

Pulao Ingredients:

Rice 2 Glass (Soaked for 1 Hour)
Bay Leaf 2
Green cardamom 2
Cumin 1 tsp
Star anise 2
Cloves 4
Green Chilli 4
National Salt 1 tsp
National Garam Masala Powder 1/2 tsp
Onion 1 (Chopped)
Oil 1/4 Cup
Water 4 Glass

Direction:

Step 1: Take a bowl and add Chicken, Button Red Chilli, Black Pepper Powder, Salt, Ginger Garlic Paste, Yogurt, Fresh Cream and mix it well and then rest it for 30 minutes in room temperature.

Step 2: Now take a pot and add 1/4 cup oil and add Tomato and cook it for 2 minutes on medium flame and then add marinated chicken (from step 1) and stir it and cook for 20 mminutes on medium to low flame with lid. After that Remove lid and stir it and cook it further for 2 minutes on high flame with stir. After that Your Malai Tikka is Ready.

Step 3: Now take a pot and add Oil 1/4 Cup and add Onion and fry it until it become into golden brown color. After that add Garam Masala (Bay Leaf 2, Green cardamom 2, Cumin 1 tsp, Star anise 2, Cloves 4) and stir it and then add Green Chilli and stir it and then add 2 tbsp water,salt and stir it again. After that add 4 glass water and cook it until boiled. After boiled add Soaked Rice and cook it until it’s water dried. After that add chicken and add Garam Masala Powder and cover with lid and cook for 25 minutes on very low flame. After that your malai tikka pulao is ready.
