Ingredients
1/2 kg – Mutton or Beef
2 – onions, sliced
1/2 tsp – National coriander powder
1 tsp – National chilli powder
1 tsp – National Ginger – Garlic paste
National Salt to taste
2 tbsp – oil
1/2 cup – thick Tamarind juice.
How to Make Tangy Meat Curry
Wash the meat and mix it with the National ginger garlic paste, National salt, coriander powder and the National chilli powder.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the onions till golden brown.
Add the meat and mix well.
Fry for a few minutes.
Add sufficient water and cook on medium heat till the meat is tender.
Add the thick and dark brown tamarind juice. Boil for a while and remove from fire.
