Ingredients
- Chicken boneless 1/2 kg
- Tandoori masala 1/2 packet
- Yogurt 1/2 cup
- Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
- oil 1/4
- Soya sauce 1/4
- cup Chicken powder 1 tsp
- Salt too taste
- White pepper 1 tsp
- Red chill flakes 1 tsp
For sauce: - mayonnaise
- ketchup
- red chili flakes
Directions
(Marinate chicken with ginger garlic paste +tandoori masala+yogurt.leave it for 15 min .heat oil put marinate chicken in it n cook till done. Give coal smoke Rice 2 cup bolied Garlic paste 1 tbsp Soya sauce 1/4 cup Chicken powder 1 tsp Salt too taste White pepper 1 tsp Red chilli flakes 1 tsp Oil 1/4 cup Heat oil put garlic paste fry little then add all ingredients. Mix well add bolied rice toss n put it on dum. (If you wanted to more smoke so you can add it in to rice too) Veggies on your choice :
Heat 1 tbsp oil put veggies add 2 tbsp soya sauce,2 tbsp hp sauce and chicken powder 1 tsp fry little n keep a side For sauce: mayonnaise + ketchup + red chili flakes too taste mix well sauce is ready.For serving 1st layer rice , 2nd layer veggies , 3rd layer chicken. Garnish with sauce n parsley.
