Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line two 9-inch round cake pans with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, almond flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Whisk to combine.
- In a separate bowl, cream the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Add the honey and mix well.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the milk and vanilla extract until combined.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
