Flour 2 cups 
Sugar 1 tbsp 
Salt 1 / 2 tsp 
Yeast 1 tsp 
Warm milk 1 cup 
Egg 1 beated 
Garlic granules 1 tsp 
Soft butter 3 tbsp 
Some chopped spring onions.
Filling ingredients :
Mozzarella cubes 
Salt, pepper and parsley  to taste Mix it well.
Topping :
egg and parmesan cheese.
Method :
Mix all the dough ingredients knead it Rest 1 hrs Now again knead it roll out Cut in small circles stuff mozzarella cubes close to like a ball.
Brush egg
Sprinkle parmesan.
Now bake for 20 to 25 min at 180 ° c.
