Ingredients:
Beef boiled 1 kg
Yogurt lassi 1/2 liter
Tomatoes 250 gm
Onion 4
Red chili powder 1-1/2 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Small cardamom 6
Salt 1 tsp
Bay leaves 2
Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
Green chilies 6
Ghee 1 cup
Ginger garlic 2 tsp
Method:
Fry onion in handi until brown, take it out and grind finely with tomatoes.
Put ginger garlic, red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric, small cardamom, salt and bay leaves in handi.
When aroma comes, add grinded tomatoes.
Then add boiled beef and roast it nicely.
Then put yogurt lassi and cook on low flame for 30 minutes.
When gravy is thick, put coriander leaves and green chilies and close stove.
