Cabbage with peas ccexpress

Ingredients:

1 small cabbage,
½ cup peas
1 large potato,
½ stick cinnamon
2 bay leaves,
1 tsp turmeric powder,
1½ tsp cumin powder,
¼ tsp chilli powder,
1½ tsp grated ginger,
½ tsp sugar,
1 tsp salt,
3 tsp oil,
¼ cup water,
3 tbsp milk,
½ tsp flour,
2 tsp ghee

Method:

Shred cabbage into thin pieces. Peel and cut potato into small pieces.
Heat oil in the saucepan. Add cinnamon and bay leaves, add potatoes. Fry for 3-4 minutes. Add cabbage. Add turmeric, cumin, chili, ginger, sugar and salt.
Fry on medium heat for 5-6 minutes.
Add water. Add peas. Cover. Simmer for 15 minutes.
Mix milk, flour and liquid ghee. Pour over cabbage. Cook 2 or 3 minutes more.
