  • نیم گرم پانی 3 کھانے کا چمچ
  • دودھ 100 ملی لیٹر
  • کوکنگ آئل 50 ملی لیٹر
  • بوائلنگ واٹر 100 ملی لیٹر
  • ونیلا ایسنس 1 چائے کا چمچ
  • آئسکریم 1 سکوپ

ترکیب

 

  • ایک پیالی میں السی پاوڈر اور گرم بانی ڈال کر مکس کریں۔
  • مکسنگ باول میں میدہ چینی، کوکو، بیکنگ پاوڈر، بیکنگ سوڈا، اور نمک ڈال کر مکس کریں۔
  • اب پیالے والی السی شامل کر دیں اور دودھ، آئل، ونیلا ایسنس بھی ڈال کر اچھی طرح مکس کریں۔
  • اس پر اب اُبلتا ہوا بانی ڈالیں اور بیٹر کو میڈیم سپیڈ پر رکھ کر بیٹ کریں۔
  • سٹیمر گرم کر کے 30-40 منٹ کے لیئے بیک کریں اور ٹھنڈا کر لیں۔
  • آسکریم کے ساتھ سرو کر دیں براونیز تیار ہیں۔
