  • ہری مرچ دو سے تین عدد
  • لیموں کا رس ایک کھانے کا چمچ
  • نمک حسب ذائقہ
  • (لال مرچ ایک چائے کا چمچ (پسی ہوئی
  • ہلدی ایک چائے کا چمچ
  • (زیرہ ایک چائے کا چمچ (پسا ہوا
  • (ٹماٹر دو عدد (اُبلے اور باریک کٹے ہوئے
  • ہرا دھنیا ایک چوتھائی گٹھی

ترکیب

 

  • پہلے کڑاہی میں تیل اور ادرک لہسن کا پیسٹ شامل کرکے تھوڑا سا پکائیں۔
  • پھر بیف کا قیمہ شامل کرکے اچھی طرح بھونیں، یہاں تک کہ اس کا پانی اچھی طرح خشک ہو جائے۔
  • اب اس میں پیاز، ہری مرچ، لیموں کا رس، نمک، پسی لال مرچ، ہلدی، پسا زیرہ اور ٹماٹر شامل کرکے چند لمحے تک بھونیں۔
  • پھر اس میں پھول گوبھی شامل کرکے آٹھ سے دس منٹ کا دم دے دیں۔
  • اب ڈھکن ہٹا کر ہرا دھنیا چھڑک کر گرم گرم سرو کریں۔
