انڈے ایک سے دو عدد
بیکنگ پاؤڈر آدھا چائے کا چمچ
گولڈن سیرپ ایک کھانے کا چمچ
ادرک ایک چھوٹا ٹکڑا
(لیموں دو عدد (زیسٹ کیلئے

ترکیب

اوون کو ایک سو اسی ڈگری پر گرم کریں۔
بیکنگ ٹرے کو مکھن سے گریس کرلیں۔
ایک مکسنگ باؤل میں میدہ، بیکنگ پاؤڈر، کٹی ہوئی ادرک مکس کریں۔
اب اس میں نمک، کاسٹر شوگر، زیسٹ مکس کریں۔
اب ایک پین میں مکھن اور گولڈن سیرپ ڈال کر جوش دے لیں۔
پھر ٹھنڈا کرکے مکسنگ باؤل میں ڈال کر مکس کریں۔
اس میں انڈے اور سیرپ ڈال دیں اور ڈو تیار کرلیں۔
اب اسکی چھوٹی بالز بنالیں۔
بیکنگ ٹرے پر رکھ کر ہاتھ سے دباکر بسکٹ کی شکل میں رکھ کر اوون میں بارہ سے پندرہ منٹ کیلئے بیک کریں۔
جب کلر آجائے تو نکال کر کمرے کی درجہ جرارت پر ٹھنڈا کرلیں۔
مزیدار لیمن اینڈ جنجر کوکیز تیار ہیں۔
