Ingerdients:
For Mutton:
Mutton 1/2 kg
water 4 glass
National ginger & garlic paste 1tbsp
National salt 1tsp
green chilli 9
National Biryani Masala
Other Ingredients:
chicken 1 kg
rice 750g (boiled with 3tbsp salt)
mix vegetable 2 cups (i used frozen & then boiled)
chips 2 cups (fried)
onions 2 large (finely chopped)
thick yogurt 1 & 1/2 cup
fried onions 1/2 cup
cashew nuts 15 (fried)
dry fenugreek leaves 3 tbsp
green chilli 10 (grinned)
National ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp
eggs 3 (boiled & sliced)
National red chilli powder 1 tsp
National turmeric 1/2 tsp
National garam masala powder 1 tsp
National salt 1 & 1/2 tsp
kewra water 3 tbsp
yellow food colour 1/2 tsp
oil 1 cup
Recipe:
in a pan add mutton, water, National ginger & garlic paste,National salt, green chilli and cook till the meat is tender, keep aside.
heat oil add onions,National ginger & garlic paste and fry till golden on high flame.
now add dry fenugreek,National garam masala powder, National salt,National red chilli powder,National turmeric,
green chilli paste, yogurt,National Biryani Masala mix and cook till the oil comes on the surface, on high flame.
then add the Mutton and wait for it to get white on high flame.
add the cooked Chicken with the remaining stock( if you do not have the meat stock then add water 1 cup), mix wait f or a boil on high flame, then cover and cook on low to medium flame till the oil comes on surface and Chicken is cooked.
now add the boiled veg mix well.In a large pan add the boiled rice, Mutton curry mixture, chips, boiled eggs, remaining rice, mixture of kewra water and food colour, fried cashew nuts, fried onions, cover the lid with a tea towel and place on the pan, simmer for 10 minutes on high flame and 5 minutes on low flame.
