Kundan Beef Boti:
Ingredients:
Beef boti (boiled) 750 grams
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Clarified butter ½ cup
Boiled grinded onion 4 tbsp
Yogurt ¾ cup
Salt to taste
Sterling Silver paper 1
Chopped almonds 1 tbsp
White pepper 1 tsp
Salt as required
Cashew nut paste 2 tbsp
Cream 4 tbsp
Nutmeg, mace powder 1/2tsp
Boiled eggs for garnishing
Green chili for garnishing
Method:
Boil the beef boti .then heat clarified butter then add boiled and grinded onion and ginger garlic paste and roast the masala .after this add salt ,white pepper ,Nutmeg, mace powder and boiled beef boti mix and roast then leave on dum .after 15 minutes add cashew paste ,yogurt and cream .then add ½ cup of water and leave on dum .after this dish out then keep boiled egg ,fried green chili ,silver paper and chopped almond garnish and serve .

Khoye Ka Tosha:
Bread slices 10-12 slices
Clarified butter for frying
Almonds, pistachios (finely cut) 4tbsp
Green cardamom (powdered) 1/2tsp
Whole dried milk 1- ½ cup
Desiccated Coconut 1tbsp
Condensed milk 6tbsp
Milk 2cup
Saffron color 1 pinch

Method:
deep fried the round slices of bread. Nowadd condensedmilk, whole dried milk and cook it till it thickens.Then add saffron color and mix it to set it on a flat dish. Now add coconut powder, condensed milk with green cardamompowder in rest of the whole dried milk. Lastly put 1tbsp whole dried milk on the fried slice of bread, garnish it with chopped almonds and pistachios and serve.
