Ingredients
1 cup – cooked, minced Tuna Meat
1/2 cup – powdered Coconut
1/4 tsp – Green chilli paste
1/4 tsp – National Ginger paste
1/4 cup – finely chopped Onion
2 tbsp – chopped Coriander leaves
1 tbsp – Lemon juice
1 – egg, beaten
National Salt as per taste
Oil for shallow frying
How to Make Tuna Patties
Mix all the ingredients. Make small patties with the mixture.
Heat oil in a non-stick pan.
Shallow fry till golden brown on one side.
Turn and let it fry till golden brown on the other side, too.
Serve hot with ketchup and hot coffee.
