This rare halwa dish is made from crushed walnuts. It tastes similar yet so different from the local halwa you make at home.

Walnut Besan Halwa:
Ingredients:
Gram flour 2 cups
Clarified butter ½ cup
Sugar 2 cups
Cardamom powder 4-6
Eggs 2
Crushed walnuts 1 cup
Water 1/3 cup (for sugar syrup)
Food color 1 pinch
Method:
Melt clarified butter in a pan then add gram flour and cook well until aroma comes. Then add powdered cardamoms, prepared sugar syrup and cook till sugar syrups starts absorbing in gram flour then add beaten eggs and crushed walnuts. Cook till all ingredients mix together properly. Now take out halwa in a tray and let it set then cut in pieces and serve.

Fish Tempura :
Ingredients
Boneless fish ½ kg
Crispy fry batter 1 packet
Oil for frying
Ketchup ½ cup
Sesame seeds 1 tbsp
Soy sauce 2 tbsp
Garlic 1 tbsp
Ginger 1 tsp
Method :
Divide the crispy fry mix into 3 tbsp and 5 tbsp separately. Add ¼ cup of water to 3 tbsp mix and blend well. Dry the fish and coat in dry mix then dip in the prepared batter. Now coat the chicken in dry mix again. Heat oil to medium, add fish and fry for 10 minutes then remove and set aside. In a separate pan, add 3 tbsp oil and fry ginger garlic for 30 seconds. Now add ketchup, soy sauce, sesame seeds, and 1 cup of water and bring it to a boil. Then cook for 5 minutes on medium heat. Serve with fish.

Bihari Chana Daal:
Ingredients:
Boiled gram lentils 1 cup
Onion sliced 1
Crushed garlic 2 tsp
Chopped ginger 2 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Red chili powder ½ tsp
Garam masala 2 tsp
Turmeric ¼ tsp
Bay leaves 2
Whole black pepper 5-6
Cumin 1 tsp
Clarified butter ¼ cup
Chopped green coriander 2 tbsp
Green chili slices 4-5
Method:
In a pan heat clarified butter and fry onion ,bay leaves ,cumin and whole black pepper till than light golden brown .now add ginger garlic ,grinded spices and cook till than masala thick .then add boiled gram lentil and half cup of water mix and cook for few minutes .now dish out and garnish with coriander and green chili .
