Turkish pide:
Dough:
Flour 500gm
Oil 35gm
Yeast 5gm
Sugar 5gm
Salt as per taste
For Filling:
Mines Beef 100gm
Onion half
Tomato 1
Coriander as required
Cheese 30gm
Oil as required
(Method for dough):
Dough: add flour, oil salt, sugar, garlic powder and yeast in a bowl. Now add water gradually for desired consistancy. and knead the dough to a soft spongy consistancy.
Rest the dough for 30 to 40 minutes.

(For Filling):

Dough m marinara suace lagaingy phir us m cooked beef add kringy then usmy tomato onions and coriander phir cheese add kr k baked kringy 20 minutes 200 c

Healthy bbq wrap:

Ice burg 50gm
Beef undercut 100gm
Onion half
Tomato half
Olives 10 gm

Method:
Pehly beef ko cook kringy bbq sauce m achy tareeqy sy onion and tomato ko grill kringy phir olive k sth ice berg m rakh kr ice berg ko roll kringy or serve kringy

Grill Chicken with Orange sauces :

Chicken breast 125gm
Mint for garnish

(For Marination):

Salt 1 teaspoon
Black pepper 1 teaspoon
Oil 1teaspoon
Chilli sauce 1teaspoon

(Suace method):
Orange juice 100ml
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
(Method):
Marinated chicken ko grill kringy phir orange suace ko prepare kringy or plate p serve kringy orange slices k sth mint for garnish

Banana Pops:

Bananas 6
Melted chocolate as required

Toppings:
Bunties for topping
Sprinkles for topping
Chocolate chips for topping
Dry nuts for topping
Peanuts for topping

(Method):
Dip bananas in melted chocolate and toppings and served
