Brown pizza base with pesto spread and topped with sundried tomatoes, olives and cheese.
TOMATO PESTO PIZZA
Ingredients
2 large tomatoes
2 tbsps pesto sauce
2 small whole wheat pizza bases
2 medium onions
2 tbsps schezwan chutney
4 tbsps cheese spread
50 gms grated processed cheese
Method
1. Preheat oven at 180º C. Slice tomatoes and onions.
2. Put schezwan chutney and cheese spread in a bowl and mix well.
3. Apply some of this mixture on each pizza base, top with some of the tomatoes and onions.
4. Drizzle some of the pesto sauce on top and add sprinkle some of the grated cheese. Place the pizzas on a baking tray.
5. Place the baking tray in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes.
6. Remove from oven, transfer on a serving platter and serve immediately.
