Timatar Murgh Rice:
Ingredients:
Chicken (boneless) ½ kg
Boiled rice ½ kg
Butter 100 gram
Cream ½ cup
Onion (blended) 1 cup
Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
Tomatoes (blended) 2 cups
Yogurt 1 cup
Crushed red chili 2 tsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Oil 4 tbsp
Ginger garlic 1 tsp
Method
Heat oil and add butter in it. Now add blended onion and fry when onion gets light pink then add boneless chicken, blended tomatoes, crushed black pepper, ginger garlic, yogurt, crushed red chili, turmeric, coriander powder and salt then cover it. Now saute it on high flame. Then add cream and mix well. Take out rice in dish then put chicken and hot butter over it and serve.

Seekh Kabab Aalu Gravy :
Ingredients:
Seekh kabab 1 packet
Tomatoes ½ kg
Potato fries ½ kg
Onion 1
Turmeric 1
Coriander powder 2 tsp
Cumin 1 tsp
Fennel seeds 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Red chili powder 2 tsp
Green coriander ½ bunch
Green chili 4
Bay leaves 1
All spice powder ½ tsp
Cardamom 2
Cloves 2
Oil as required
Method:
Heat oil then add cloves ,bay leaves ,cardamom and cumin add .when aroma comes out then add onion and roast .then tomatoes ,turmeric, coriander powder ,fennel ,salt and red chili powder then cook .when tomatoes well tender then roast for few minutes .after this add green coriander and green chili add and leave on dum .finally dish out and add fry seekh kabab and fry potatoes and then sprinkling all spice powder and serve .

Mint and Cucumber Drink :

Ingredients:
Cucumber 1
Soda Water 1bottle
Ice 1 cup
Mint Leaves ½ cup
Black Salt 1/2tsp
Lemon Juice 2 tbsp
Method:
In a blender, blended cucumber, lemon juice, black salt, soda water and ice.
Now take it out, serve with mint leaves.
