Fish Manchurian :
Ingredients for fish:
Fish boneless ½ kg
Corn flour 3 tbsp
White pepper 1 tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil to fry
Ingredients for sauce:
Chopped garlic 2 tbsp
Chopped green onions 2 tbsp
Tomato paste ¼ cup
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Chili sauce 1 tbsp
Crushed red chilies 1 tbsp
White pepper 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Brown sugar 1 tbsp
Capsicum (cubed) 2
Oil 2 tbsp
Water ½ cup
Method:
Marinate fish with all fish ingredients and fry it. Then heat oil adds garlic, white part of green onions and saute it. Add all ingredients of sauce and cook for a while. Then add water, capsicum and let it boil. Now add fish and serve.
Pineapple Rice:
Ingredients:
Sesame seeds 1 tsp
Oil 4 tbsp
Onion (diced) ½ cup
Garlic (minced) 1 tbsp
Carrot (diced) 1 cup
Bell pepper (diced) 1 cup
Cooked rice 2-1/2 cups
Soy sauce 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Black pepper as required
Pineapple (diced) 1 cup
Method:
Saute garlic and onion in oil. Then add vegetables, salt, black pepper and soy sauce. Add boiled rice and mix it. Add pineapple, sesame seeds and serve.
