Delicious laddoos made using flattened rice.

POHA LADDOO

Ingredients

2 cups puffed rice (poha)
1 cup jaggery, chopped
2 tablespoons almonds, chopped
2 tablespoons cashewnuts, chopped
ยพ cup ghee
1 teaspoon green cardamom powder
Almond slivers for garnishing

Method

1. Heat a nonstick pan, add puffed rice and roast until light golden brown.
2. Cool and grind it into a fine powder.
3. In a bowl, add ground poha, jaggery, almond, cashewnuts, add hot melted ghee and mix well.
4. Add green cardamom powder and mix well and shape them into laddoos.
5. Garnish it with almonds, serve.
