Ingredients
Chicken drumsticks 4-5 (500 g)
Dahi (Yogurt) ½ cup
National Ginger paste 1 tsp
National Garlic paste 1 tsp
National Salt 1 ½ tsp or to taste
National Chilli powder 1 tsp
National Garam masala 1 tsp
National Dhania (Coriander) powder 1 tbsp
Green chillies, chopped 2-3 or to taste
Hara Dhania (Coriander leaves), chopped ¼ cup
Lemon wedges and onion rings to serve on the side

Preparation
Prick the chicken and marinate in all the ingredients, except the onion rings and lemon wedges for 4-5 hours or overnight.
Grill at high or bake in an oven for 20-25 minutes.
Serve garnished with the onion and lemon.
