Sweet and Sour Chicken Pasta:
Ingredients:
Pasta 1 packet
Chicken mince ½ kg
Onion 1
Tomato 2
Finely cut green chilies 4
Capsicum 2
Boiled eggs 2
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Barbecue sauce 2 tbsp
Chili garlic sauce ½ cup
Sugar 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Chopped garlic 1 tbsp
Spring onion 1 cup
Oil ½ cup
Method
Heat oil and fry garlic in it. Then add mince and onion and cook on high flame. When water get dries then add tomato, black pepper, salt, green chilies, sugar, vinegar, bar b q sauce, chili garlic sauce and pasta and cook. Now add capsicum, eggs and spring onion and mix well.

Chatpatti Chana Chaat:

INGREDIENTS:
Boiled chickpeas 2 cups
Boiled potato (cubed) 1 cup
Chopped onion ½ cup
Chopped coriander 2 tbsp
Sliced green chilies 3
Papri 1 ½ cup
Yogurt ½ kg
Tamarind paste ½ cup
Sugar 1 tbsp
Cumin 2 tbsp
Chaat masala 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Coriander powder 2 tbsp
Green chutney ½ cup
Crushed chili 1 tbsp

METHOD:
In a bowl add tamarind paste, salt, sugar, cumin, coriander powder and water. Mix well and set aside. Then in a serving dish add chickpeas, potato, yogurt, tamarind chutney, papri, onion, coriander and chaat masala. Mix well and serve.

Falooda :

Ingredients:
Falooda Vermicelli 1cup
Milk (cooked) 1 glass
Ice 1 cup
Pineapple 1 cup
Ice Cream 2 cups
Sugar Syrup ½ cup
Green Jelly ½ packet
Red Jelly ½ packet
Screwpine essence 1 tsp
Basil seeds 1tsp
Red squash 2 tbsp
Almonds, Pistachios 2 tbsp
