Sweet Corn Pasta Salad:
Ingredients:
Pasta boiled 2 cups
Corn 1 cup
Butter 1 tbsp
Coriander 1 tbsp
Lemon zest 1 tsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Red chili powder ½ tsp
Black pepper ½ tsp
Chili sauce 1 tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Seekh Kabab 1 packet
Onion small 1
Yogurt 1 cup
Heat butter then ad red chili ,black pepper ,chili sauce ,salt ,onion and lemon juice mix then remove from stove and pour in a bowl .now yogurt , Corn, boiled pasta and boiled chicken mix .finally add green coriander and lemon zest mix and serve .

South Indian Lemon Rice :
Ingredients
Rice boiled ½ kg
Dry red chili 8
Mustard 2 tsp
Bay leaves 6
Turmeric 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Chicken stock 1 cup
Coriander ½ bunch
Onion 1
Oil 4 tbsp
Lemon juice 2-3

Dragon Baked Chicken:
Ingredients
Chicken boneless 1 kg
Soya sauce ½ cup
Chili sauce 2 tbsp
Egg 1
Black pepper 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Garlic paste 1 tsp
Coriander 2 tsp
Oil 2 tbsp
All purpose Flour 2 tbsp
Ingredients for Sauce
Soya sauce 2 tbsp
Dry red chili 4
Onion 1
Capsicum 2
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Dark soya sauce 2 tbsp
Tomatoes ketchup 1 cup
Salt ½ tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
