Ingredients
Mutton Boneless cut into cubes 300 gm
Fresh parsley 1 1/2 tbsp
Garlic 2 cloves
National Black Peppercorns 1/4 tsp
National Kabab Masala
Pink or red peppercorns (optional) 1/2 tsp
National Ground Cumin 1/4 tsp
National Paprika 1/4 tsp
Cayenne Pepper 1/4 tsp
Juice 1 lemon
Olive Oil 1 tbsp
National Salt to taste

Cooking Directions
Chop the parsley, crush the garlic clove along with the pink and black peppercorns.
In a glass bowl combine the cumin, cayenne pepper, National Kabab Masala paprika, salt, lemon juice and oil along with the crushed garlic and peppercorns.
Add parsley. Mix well together.
Add the meat cubes and coat well with the marinade.
Cover and refrigerate for 2-3 hours or overnight.
Soak 4 wooden skewers in cold water for 15 minutes.
Now thread the pieces of meat on the skewer.
Reserve the marinade.
Grill on a charcoal grill or a grill pan basting the kebabs with the marinade occasionally until cooked.
