Fiery burgers:
Ingredients for beef patty
Beef Mince ½ kg
Salt 1 tsp
Black pepper ½ tsp
Crushed red pepper ½ tsp
Onion chopped ½ cup
Ginger garlic 1 tsp
bread slice 1
Egg 1 beaten
Oil 2 tbsp
Barbeque sauce 2 tbsp
Ingredients for sauce
Green chili garlic sauce 1 tbsp
Garlic ½ tsp
Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
Salt and pepper pinch
Pickled jalapenos finely chopped 1 tsp
Other ingredients
Buns 4
Lattice leaves 4
Method for beef patty
Put all the ingredients ion the chopper, chopperize well until smooth, remove, make patty and chill for 10 mins, then heat 2 tbsp oil in a grill pan, grill kababs until done, top with 2 tbspsuri bbq sauce.
Method for sauce
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and use in the burgers.
Method
Toss the buns, spread with butter then salad leaf, put beef patty, prepared sauce, cover with burger bun, and serve with fries.
Dynamite cauliflower:
Ingredients to marinate
Cauliflower ½ kg cut into big flowers
Sambal oleak 1 tbsp
Garlic powder 1 tsp
Black pepper ½ tsp
Soya sauce 1 tbsp
Oyster sauce 1 tbsp
Chicken powder 1 tsp
Siracha sauce 2 tbsp
Ingredients for batter
Flour 1 cup
Baking powder ½ tsp
Water chilled as required
Spring onion to garnish
Method
Marinate cauliflower with above ingredients except flour and baking powder for 1 hour, dissolve flour, baking powder with chilled water, dip cauliflower in batter and deep fry until golden.
Ingredients for dynamite sauce
Mayonnaise ½ cup
Lemon juice 1tbsp
Sweet chili sauce 2 tbsp
Siracha sauce 2 tbsp
wow nuggets to serve
Method for sauce
Mix all the ingredients for sauce, drizzle over fried cauliflower, serve immediately, garnished with spring onion leaves. lastly serve with wow nuggets.
Fried apple pie parcels:
Ingredients
Apples peeled and grated 2
Sugar 1/3 cup
Salt ¼ tsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Cinnamon powder ½ tsp
Flour 2 tbsp
Samosa patti 2 dozen
flour paste to seal
Method
Mix all together, fill into samosa patti as shown, seal with maida paste and deep fry till light golden.
