Saag Qeema :
Ingredients

Mince (Hand cut) ½ kg
Finely chopped spinach ½ kg
Finely chopped dill 2 bunches
Turmeric ½ tsp
Finely chopped fenugreek 6 bunches
Green chilies 6
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Turmeric 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Finely chopped onions 2
Finely chopped coriander 1 bunch
Butter 1 tbsp
Oil 1 cup

Method:
Wash spinach, dill and fenugreek bunch thoroughly and then soak them in water with ½ tsp of turmeric for 20 minutes. Now heat oil in a skillet and sauté onions in it, add in turmeric, red chili powder and ginger garlic paste and cook it for a while. Add in the mince and salt and let it cook with other ingredients. When the water dries out, add in all the soaked veggies and green chilies. Mix them well. Now, when the oil comes out, add in butter and cover to let it cook. Allow excess water to dry to out then serve.

Baingan Masala:
Ingredients:
Eggplant ½ kg
Paprika 1 tsp
Olive oil 4 tbsp
Cumin ½ tsp
Black pepper ½ tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Lemon juice 3 tbsp
Parsley ½ tsp
Tomatoes 4
Olives 10
Garlic 1 tsp
Crushed red chili 1 tsp
Method
Peel off eggplants put salt in it and leave. Now heat oil, fry garlic and eggplant on high flame. Then add finely cut tomatoes, paprika, cumin, black pepper and crushed red chili then cover it. When water gets dries then add lemon juice. Take out in dish and serve with parsley and olives.

Pasta Hara Masala:
Ingredients:
Pasta boiled 1 cup
Oil ¼ cup
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Chicken boneless julienned ½ cup
Capsicum julienned ½ cup
Tomato julienned ½ cup
Mint chopped 2 tbsp
Coriander chopped 2 tbsp
Green chili paste 2 tbsp
Yogurt ½ cup
Salt as required
Cumin 1 tsp
White pepper 1 tsp
Cream ½ cup
METHOD:
Ek blender men dhaniya, podina or hari mirchen dal ker pani kay sath blend ker len.
ab ek pan men oil garam ker kay lehsan or adrak ka paste bhoon len or phir chicken dal ker fry ker len.
ab green sauce, tamam masalay or cream dal ker itna pakaen kay sauce garha hojae akhir men pasta or tamam sabziyan dal ker mix keren or serve Karen.
