Rice Bowl Pizza :

Ingredients

Boil rice 2cups
Nuggets ½ packet
Pizza sauce 4 tbsp
Ingredients for topping
Mozzarella cheese grated ½ cup
Cheddar cheese ¼ cup
Parmesan cheese grated 1tbsp
Ingredients to Garnish
Olives few
Capsicum 1
Onion 1
Tomato 1
Jalapeno as required
Ingredients to sprinkle
Oregano 1tsp
basil 1tsp
Thyme as required
Method
Preheat oven 200dgree ,in glass bowel grease with oil places half rice ,half Nuggets and 2tbsp pizza sauce .pour remaining rice ,2tbsp pizza sauce , Nuggets, and mozzarella ,cheddar and Parmesan cheese ,spread vegtable and sprinkle oregano ,thyme and Basil .Bake it 5 to 8min until cheese melted server it hot.

Dip Sauce:

Ingredients

Mayonnaise 1cup
Red chili powder 1-1/2 tsp
Ketchup 1tsp
Soya sauce ½ tsp

Method.
In bowl mix red chill ,ketchup and soya sauce mix well now add mayonnaise mix it serve with yakitori

Sokhta Shakar Doodh :

Ingredients

Milk ½ kg
Cream 100gm
Fruit cocktail ½ cup
Mix dry fruit ½ cup
Corn flour dissolved 1 tbsp
Sugar 4-5 tbsp
Sugar for caramelize 2- 3 tbsp
Method
Heat pan add sugar for carmaliz add milk remove from pan mix it keep on stove carmalize sugar complete dissolved .it become boil add sugar mix well ,now add corn flour mix it become slightly thick turn off stove .leave for 5 to 10 min stir occasionally add cream ,fruit and dry fruit serve chill

Yakitori :

Ingredients

Chicken boneless 200 gm
Springs onion white part 100gm
Salt ½ tsp
Black pepper 1tsp
Garlic paste 1tsp
Bamboo skewer
Oil 2 to 3 tbsp
Teriyaki 4tbsp
method.
Marinate chicken with salt ,pepper and garlic 10 to 15 min. Put chicken cubes in skewer alternating it with spring onion. Heat grill pan with oil cook chicken and glazed teriyaki sauce meet is cooked remove from pan server it
