Ingredients
Chicken minced 1 kg
Eggs, whisked 2
National Cumin powder 10 gm
Yellow chilli powder 5 gm
National White pepper powder 3 gm
National Salt to taste
Cashewnut paste 45 gm
National Ginger paste 20 gm
National Onion paste 20 gm
National Garam masala 5 gm
Saffron a pinch
Green coriander chopped 20 gm
Processed cheese grated 100 gm
Oil 20 ml

Mix the chicken mince along with all ingredients except oil and keep aside for 30 minutes.
Shape the chicken mince mixture along the length of skewers to shape into kebabs.
Cook in a tandoor for 6-8 minutes.
Remove from tandoor, baste with oil and cook further for another 5 minutes or until brown.
Remove from skewers and serve hot.
