Recipe Description

Ingredients

  • 4 cups of fresh watermelon chunks (seedless)
  • 1/2 cup of fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup of sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 2 cups of cold water
  • Ice cubes, as needed
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish
  • Lemon slices for garnish

Instructions

  1. Blend the watermelon chunks in a blender until smooth.
  2. Strain the puree through a fine sieve into a pitcher to remove pulp.
  3. Add fresh lemon juice, sugar, and cold water to the pitcher. Stir well until the sugar dissolves.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for 10 minutes or serve immediately over ice.
