A lip-smacking chaat made with chicken tikka and tossed in flavourful tamaring and green chutney.
MASALEDAR CHICKEN CHAAT
Ingredient
400 grams chicken tikka, cut into small pieces
1 cup cooked chickpeas
½ teaspoon red chilli powder
Salt to taste
½ teaspoon Chaat masala
¼ tsp black salt
2 tbsps chopped raw mango
2 tbsps pomegranate pearls
2 tbsps chopped fresh coriander + for garnishing
Juice of half lemon
2 tbsps green chutney + for garnishing
2 tbsps date and tamarind chutney + for garnishing
2 tbsps sweet yogurt
Sev for garnishing
Papdi for garnishing
Method
1. Mix together chicken tikka, chickpeas, red chilli powder ,salt chaat masala, black salt, raw mango, pomegranate ,coriander chopped, lemon juice ,green chutney tamarind chutney and mix well
2. Add mixture in bowl drizzle sweet yogurt, green chutney, tamarind chutney.
3. Sprinkle some sev and crushed papadi on top and serve immediately
