Ingredients

For the Crust:**

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar

For the Filling:**

  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup kiwi puree
  • Green food coloring (optional)

Instructions

Make the Crust:

  1. Combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of 6 individual pie tins or ramekins.
  3. Chill in the refrigerator while you prepare the filling.

Make the Filling:

  1. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Gradually beat in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
  3. Stir in the kiwi puree and green food coloring, if desired.

Assemble the Pies:

  1. Spoon the filling into the prepared crusts.
