Ingredients:
- Coffee ¾ cup (mix 3/4 tsp coffee in 3/4 cup water)
- Milk 1 cup
- Vanilla Ice-Cream 2 scoops
- Sugar to taste
- Coffee ice-blocks: Brewed strong
- Coffee 1 ½ cup
Direction:
To make the coffee ice-blocks: pour the coffee into 2 ice cube trays. Freeze until completely frozen. Combine the coffee, milk, ice-cream and sugar in a blender, blend until just combined. Add 4 of the coffee ice-blocks and blend for 1 minute or until well mixed. Pour into chilled glasses and add remaining ice-blocks to each glass before serving. Serve immediately.
